Welcome to your new Coupar Angus Library!
A library returns to Coupar Angus for the first time since the pandemic. Culture Perth & Kinross are supplying the books, shelving and knowhow and the Strathmore Community Hub are supplying the building and the staff to create something quite new – a Community Library. This is a kind of library by the people, for the people, they are springing up all over the place, so come in, give us a look, get joined up and start borrowing some books. Maybe we can convince you to volunteer a couple of hours so we can be open more hours every week?

Our books are provided by Culture Perth & Kinross (CPK), who will also rotate the stock every few months. We aim to hold a good selection of books so we hope you'll always find something to read.

Our Strathmore Community Library Card is free to Coupar Angus Primary School children and 50p to everyone else. Your Community Library Card will let you borrow 3 books at a time.

We are not part of the Perth & Kinross Library system, but you can pick up books you have ordered from them, here in the Hub. You can also return your CPK library books here too.

We hope to open the library at least one evening a week, can you help us out?
