The delayed 2022 AGM was held on January 26th 2023, 7pm in the Strathmore Community Hub. A summary of the Chairmans statement and the financial statement was given out. A number of trustees elected to not continue – Susie Black, Alan Grant, and Bob Pawson (many thanks). A new trustee was elected onto the board – Johann Rennie (welcome). During and after the AGM the board received a further three trustee applications, all of whom were accepted (welcome Mary, Tracie and Kirsty!). There was no AOCB (other business).
We still need more Hub members, volunteers and Trustees to make us stronger.

Our Current Trustees
We aim to have a Trustee Board Meeting at least every month. This has to be attended by at least 4 Trustees, and usually has the Hub Manager in attendance, as well as any invited guests who have been asked to attend relevant to Hub activities. At these board meetings financial and management updates are given, any pertinent business is discussed, and strategic decisions are taken by the trustees. The minutes of our board meetings are public to ensure we operate with maximum transparency.
NOTE: May's board meeting held start of June, so start of July's minutes listed as July, and the same going forwards. (We didn't actually skip a month).
